My name is Nathalia.
I'm a certified Nurse, Health Coach, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Teacher. As you can see from my studies, I'm very passionate about health.
Learning gives my life meaning, and it is a personal pursuit of mine to continue acquiring knowledge on health and longevity.
We live in a world where most people have everything in terms of material goods, but not necessarily in terms of health. I, therefore, decided to employ my knowledge and skills to help others. After all, the fire of one candle can light up one thousand candles more.

As I referred above, seeking the ultimate state of health is my passion:
My nursing studies helped me build a fundamental understanding of health. By learning and being around diseases, I
realized that investing in one's own health should be a priority in one's life. (after all, this is one thing, we shouldn't wait until it's lost so we can give the value to it)
I began Yoga and the practice of meditation after nursing, and it brought to my life what college did not - the notion of self-care, self-love, healthy connection between spirit, mind, and body. Not to say a flexible, and strong body.
Massage techniques help my body to recover and repel emotional tensions. Coaching has taught me, not only more knowledge about health, but also how to organise and proliferate information effectively.
"I know that I know nothing"
Although I am far from knowing everything about health, I know I have to share with others what I've learned so far on my journey. Despite constantly learning, I am currently at the healthiest peak of my life, and I expect this to continue improving. To be and to feel healthy is an amazing gift, and I would love to share the recipes I have undercovered with you.
